New and unexpected by Steve Jobs, iDied

5th October 2011, was a sad day for the computer lovers as one of the leading figures in the computing industry Steve Jobs, Chairman Apple inc passed away. Born February 24th, 1955 in California. From his early teens he was very interested in computers and its related technologies. He used to attend lectures on computer related stuff in Hewlett Packard Company, where he was later hired. In 1974 after returning back to California, Jobs worked with Atari where his main task been to create chips for a computer game.

It was 1976 when the Steve’s real career as a famous inventor and entrepreneur was started. Along with his two mates Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne he founded Apple. At that time he was only 21 years old whereas his other fellow Wozniak only been of 26. Soon both young and energetic young lads were assembling and selling PCs.

From 1976 to 1983 Apple had some mixed years with glimpses of success and failures. 1984 was year when it just took off with the release of Apple Macintosh. His leadership and charismatic workmanship brought Apple to new heights.

1986 Jobs bought PIXER, a computer graphic studio, bought at $10 million. Initially PIXER was not a successful studio and was facing constant losses but the “GENIUS” of the man came to pave the way for its success and soon it negotiated with Disney to co-produce animated film and its first collaborative effort was a huge box office success in “Toy Story”.

Visionary Steve has always been a brave and bold man throughout his professional career, never afraid of bold decisions. Steve changed the world by  introducing GUI based Macintosh early in the 80s. IPOD and IPAD being his latest inventions.

In 2004 he was diagnosed with cancers in his pancreas, which ultimately resulted in his death in 2011. At 56, a premature end for a man who revolutionized modern culture with ubiquitous inventions like the iPod and the iPad.
